On July 3, Scott’s life changed forever!
A tragic swimming accident has left this active, bright, accomplished young man battling hard to regain the most basic of human functions.
Scott, 33, has no feeling from the neck down. He can’t move his legs or his arms. He can’t even cough on his own.
It’s a tribute to the resilience of the human soul – and Scott’s deep inner strength – that he hasn’t given up. With the help of his wife, his sister, his parents and many others Scott is working hard with the good staff at MetroHealth to make as much progress as he can.
On Saturday, you can help Scott – who faces a long rehabilitation and extraordinary medical expenses. You can reach out to this brave young guy who had a tragic accident. We encourage you to attend this meaningful event, because we think that Scott will feel the vibe of love from his family, friends and supporters.
