Happy Birthday Mom!

If Marty McFly gave me his DeLorean time machine and allowed me to travel back into time to encounter my younger self, I would tell myself:

Be nicer to your mom.

She is the only one you have, or ever will have.

She will do more for you than anyone else.

She will always have your back no matter if you are right or wrong.

When you’re sick and she’s sound asleep, she will be the first person at your side.

When things aren’t right and you wish it could be better, she will do more than anyone else to make it so.

She’s not perfect.

She will embarrass you.

She will try too hard.

But she will never give up on you.

Regardless of the situation you find yourself in, she is the one you want there with you.

Even if she can’t make it right, she will make you believe she can.

She won’t let you push her away. So don’t try.

One day she will no longer be there with you.

But today she is.

Here’s wishing every day could be Today!

I love you mom!

Scott

    Hi Scott,

I am going through James and 1st Peter with my Bible Study, and when concerning “fiery trials” I thought about you, because you have been one person I can say has used God’s trial for God’s glory and to strengthen your relationship with him. You are amazing. I shared your blog with my woman’s group. You asked me recently about 4-AP. Email me and I will discuss with you!

Amen to that! Your mom is AMAZING. I DIDN’T ALWAYS THINK SO WHEN WE WERE GROWING UP AND SHE WAS MY “LITTLE SISTER”. BUT WHAT A REMARKABLE WOMAN SHE BECAME. I AM PROUD TO CALL HER MY SISTER. LOVE, AUNT Marilou

Happy Birthday Mrs Fedor. God bless you and your family. I think of Scott often, as he is a tremendous inspiration to me. I look forward to his thoughtful, insiteful and funny blogs. Your right about Scott turning a horrendous situation into a mission to bring awareness to our situation. Those of us who have a loving family and friends who are going along on this crazy ride, we say thank God for you.

Thank you so much. I love you more than words can ever say and I am so proud of you for the man you have become. You have taken an absolutely horrendous situation and used it to inspire everyone who knows and loves you and even those who don’t know you.
I am so proud to be the mother of you and Lindsey.
