Getting Back Up provides individuals with funding for participation in exercise-based recovery programs and the purchase of adaptable products. These programs and products have been proven to greatly improve the physical and emotional well-being of the injured individual.

Unfortunately, insurance often fails to provide individuals with the tools they need to truly improve their quality of life. Getting Back Up exists to help bridge that gap.

Getting Back Up was founded in 2011 by Scott Fedor after he sustained a complete spinal cord injury. While living in a nursing home all of his physical therapy services were discontinued by his insurance. He was left to rely on the generosity of others to get the therapy services and products he needed to continue on his road to recovery. Scott founded Getting Back Up to help others get the support they need.

Getting Back Up is a registered 501(c)(3).
